Our services do not end once your regulatory approvals are in place. We will not only get your project approved, but we’ll support you right through your project and operations. Through the development of health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems, compliance auditing, workforce education and regulatory reporting.

Exemplar Global EMS Lead Auditor
Giulio Pinzone has 20 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment, specialising in the upstream petroleum industry. Giulio has worked on staff for a major oil and gas explorer and producer in Western Australia and a junior explorer in Melbourne, and founded Aventus in 2009.
Giulio is a qualified Lead Auditor in the EMS Auditor Scheme and has undertaken over 50 environmental compliance audits.
Giulio prides himself on developing good working relationships with project stakeholders. He derives a deep sense of job satisfaction in obtaining timely project approvals for his clients and values spending time in the field to continually expand his industry knowledge and expertise.

Phil Harrick is a highly experienced HSE professional with over 35 years’ experience in the upstream and downstream petroleum industry. Phil prepares and reviews Safety Cases, Safety Case Revisions, Well Operations Management Plans (WOMPs), Oil Pollution Emergency Plans (OPEPs) and Emergency Response Plans (ERPs). Phil facilitates risk assessment workshops, undertakes HSE due diligence assessments and provides strategic advice regarding all HSE-related matters.
M. Sc (Marine Ecology)
Sandra has over 10 years of experience in applied ecological research and environmental consulting, having undertaken environmental impact assessment for numerous mining, oil and gas projects.
Sandra has specific expertise with marine survey development and EIAs in a diverse range of marine and estuarine environments, including using statistical multivariate techniques to analyse and interpret short- and long-term environmental and biological data.
B. A (Hons)
Lachlan started with Aventus in January 2019 and is quickly learning about all matters environmental in the energy industry.
Lachlan’s key roles include undertaking EIA and stakeholder consultation. Prior to starting at Aventus, Lachlan worked as an HSE Consultant conducting hazardous materials evaluations (primarily asbestos) for the Victorian Schools Building Authority and industrial hygiene services (such as air quality monitoring).

Pepper is an HSE consultant with 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, from upstream exploration and drilling, projects and construction, production and operations, to downstream fuel transport and distribution.
Pepper provides HSE management, regulatory compliance, integrated management systems (IMS) development and auditing support. Pepper develops, implements and audits Safety Cases, Environment Plans, Well Operations Management Plans and IMS and has developed IMS to meet the requirements of AS 4801/ISO 18001 (OHS Management Systems), ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems).

Siobhan has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and communication within a wide range of business categories. Siobhan is highly experienced with building, implementing and managing communication with various projects and organisations. With skills in both marketing & communication management as well as a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Siobhan develops effective communication strategy and creates marketing and communication materials.
